BOSTON (BRAIN) — Cat Bartash, the buyer at Ace Wheelworks in Boston, will be among the speakers at the fifth annual Aligned Conference in October. The conference, organized by Promoboxx, is intended to “bring together brand marketers, sales representatives, and independent retailers to develop retail marketing strategies that increase foot traffic, local sales, and measurable business impact.”
This year’s theme is “It Takes a Community – Aligning Brands, Reps, & Retailers to Support Local Retail.” Aligned will have three attendee tracks with some overlapping keynote sessions and events.
The keynote speakers will include Jim Koch, the founder of The Boston Beer Company and brewer of Samuel Adams; Chris Davis, VP of global marketing at New Balance; and Nicole Leinbach Reyhle, the founder of Retail Minded and a Small Business Saturday spokesperson.
Participants in the sessions will include representatives from Specialized, OluKai, Hill’s Pet, HubSpot, The North Face, Lonestar e-Bikes, and Denali.
Ace Wheelworks’ Bartash will speak at a session called “Demo Daze: Making an Impression In-Store.”
The conference is Oct. 3-5 at the Seaport Hotel in Boston. Aligned is expecting 500 attendees for three days of 50 sessions, four industry keynotes, and networking.
