Time Crunched Cyclist

Just finishing week 2 of the new competitor workout of the time crunched training program.  Also, I am riding in a training race on Sunday.  This will be the first time a ride in a bike race.  I will be sure to give a full report once I complete it.  I am a little concerned about making a damn fool out of myself but I have never let that stop me in the past.  I do feel like I am getting stronger on the bike which is a good thing.
