WOW great riding. today was like he came out of nowhere. hard to believe these are the 3 easy days. cant wait for the real climbing days, should be great.
To Giro has been a bit boring so far, but a lot of the good stages to come. -

DID you exercise today: Workout Accountabilabuddies! 5 days, 21 hours ago27 mile trainer ride today, 8 2 min Power intervals. Ended up with a cold again earlier in the week,not like last time, no fever just in the nasal tract. so todays ride was good. only missed one ride. tomorrow one week from the century doing 50 ish miles.

Website Issues 1 week, 5 days agoI have noticed that the place to type in a post only shows one line at a time. which makes it difficult (for us simple members) to complete thoughts and sentences. I know it was not always like that, but it changed at some point.

Everything else 3 weeks, 3 days agoHere is an Epic Climbers ride. They call it the RONDE PDX. its in honor of the Spring classics. Its officially unofficial. although they have about 300 participate, 97 have already posted it on Strava.
