DID you exercise today: Workout Accountabilabuddies! 5 days, 21 hours ago27 mile trainer ride today, 8 2 min Power intervals. Ended up with a cold again earlier in the week,not like last time, no fever just in the nasal tract. so todays ride was good. only missed one ride. tomorrow one week from the century doing 50 ish miles.

DID you exercise today: Workout Accountabilabuddies! 1 week, 4 days agoI did a ”simple” 20 mile ride, today. Also a bit windy but not quite as bad. My legs had some unkind things to say at the start of the ride, but they felt better after 5 miles or so. Was glad to get outside!

DID you exercise today: Workout Accountabilabuddies! 2 weeks, 2 days agoJust completed my first off road ride back and woohoo it was sweeeeeeet. Nothing beats the thrill and suffering of riding off road. I struggled on the climbs which is bound to happen after so much time away from exercise but overall I couldn’t be happier :)

DID you exercise today: Workout Accountabilabuddies! 2 weeks, 3 days agoGot a coach to get ready for Cyclebration June 8-10, and the last week was spent in a two wheeled living hell!! AND I LOVE IT!!
The other days were spent in the gym working on overhead mobility and glute strength.
Do RKC power planks people, you will love them!!

averaged 18.3 MPH, I was Toasted by the end. not ready for my century Yet! did this ride 3 weeks sooner than last year, and about 1/2 MPH Faster…

DID you exercise today: Workout Accountabilabuddies! 1 month agoJust finished a 47 mile ride with 1280 ft climbing, at 18 MPH… Put in 2 second best segments. Pretty good for so early in the season. The same ride last year was at 17.8 MPH…
Finished the week at 122 miles, 2 days off then an easy 45 min spin ride on Tuesday.

DID you exercise today: Workout Accountabilabuddies! 1 month, 2 weeks ago48 miles today on Silver Comet Trail (the hilly part – bugger of a Cat 5 climb in there). Previous to that, the longest road ride I had done was 21 miles so far this year/month. Really enjoyed it. Had a group of 4 other buddies along, and we just had a blast together. That’s what it is all the about!

That was 2 weeks ago? Nothing much to say. I was told 20-5 and it ended up being 35, and I didn’t bring enough water. Here I am with my commuter tires, rack and lights on my Bianchi playing with the fast guys a bit, and passing people on $5k carbon bikes up the hills. :D But by the time we were done, I was in the back and DONE! DID you exercise today: Workout Accountabilabuddies! 1 month, 4 weeks agoHopped on my road bike for the first time in nearly 6 months. Sure, I’ve been ridding mtb here and there, but it’s not the same thing. Ouch – those 21 miles hurt (especially the hills). I have work to do!

DID you exercise today: Workout Accountabilabuddies! 2 months agoOk this sunday I start my 9 weeks training before my first Century in May, I am doing the Carmichael Time crunched cyclist Experienced Century program. I have done the beginner century the last 2 years and going up a level.
this AM I did my CTS Field Test. 2 x 8 min time trail all out, nothing left with a 10 minute rest between.
