DENVER (BRAIN) — Shane Hensley and Marty Caivano have launched Smart Cycling Service, a services contracting group specializing in demo and expo event representation, neutral support, and evaluation and training services for retailers.
Hensley and Caivano are former employees of DT Swiss USA where they served as the brand’s marketing manager and technical support representative, respectively.
“Events allow companies to meaningfully connect with end users, yet funding a full event program can place these key touch points out of reach for smaller brands,” said Hensley. “We’re excited to offer a turnkey, cost-effective solution, one that helps those without big budgets develop relationships with consumers, a necessity in today’s landscape of direct-to-consumer sales.”
SCS offers display, demo, tech support and sales options. SCS offers comprehensive neutral support capitalizing on Hensley and Caivano’s backgrounds as mechanics.

SCS also offers brick and mortar evaluation and training, relying upon sales and service analysis.
