BOULDER, Colo. (BRAIN) — Camber Outdoors has released speaker information for its CEO Pledge event, which is Jan. 27 in Denver during the OR + Snow trade show.
Three years ago, Camber Outdoors (then OIWC) launched the CEO Pledge, intended to accelerate women’s leadership within the business cultures of more than 75 active-outdoor companies.
At the Denver event, attendees will hear firsthand from CEO Pledge pioneers Donna Carpenter, the CEO Burton; Sally McCoy, the former CEO of CamelBak;, Ken Meidell, the CEO of Dakine; and Jerry Stritzke, the CEO REI. Co-op.
“The gathering is part celebration, part workshop, part keynote, and 100 percent inspirational,” the group said.
“Through the CEO Pledge, these leaders are successfully establishing equitable workplaces and women’s leadership as ongoing strategic business imperatives that result in consistent growth, competitive advantage, and positively up-leveled company cultures. In this era of rapid and disruptive business transformation, Camber Outdoors is committed to bringing resources to the forefront for company leaders eager to know what works today for success,” the organization said.
