Leadership shake-up at the top ranks at CSG

Rittschof leaving company; Schroeder, Guzik and Immel promoted.

WILTON, Ct. (BRAIN) — Dorel’s Cycling Sports Group announced that it is appointing Henning Schroeder as global vice president product for CSG and Brian Immel to global vice president of marketing, CSG.

Scott Rittschoff, who was senior vice president of global marketing and product development, is leaving the company at the end of the month, Dorel said.

“Scott led the CSG product and marketing teams during an important time in the industry and I’d like to thank him for his contributions. We wish him all the best in his future plans,” said Peter Woods, president and CEO of Dorel Sports.

Schroeder has been with the company 11 years and has steered the development of a number Cannondale bikes, including the EVO, Scalpel SI, Slate and Quick. Immel has been with CSG for five years, leading marketing for Cannondale.

CSG also promoted David Guzik to global vice president of engineering. Guzik has been with CSG for two years and is a 17-year veteran of the industry. He spent the majority of his career at Trek.
