AceCo buys controlling interest in K-Edge from Joe Savola and Kristin Armstrong

Co-founder Eric Jensen appointed president; re-branding to be announced.

BOISE, Idaho (BRAIN) — K-Edge has new owners and is planning a re-branding, as two of its co-founders — Joe Savola and his wife, the Olympic cyclist Kristin Armstrong — have sold their interest in the brand to AceCo Precision Tools. K-Edge co-founder Eric Jensen been has appointed president.

Savola and Armstrong said the sale will allow Armstrong to focus on her preparations for the Rio Olympics. …read more
