pod cast

I have been out and about for the last month or so but have missed the podcast.  Is the podcast still a happening thing or has if faded like a tire with a slow leak?  I count on the podcast to keep me going on the trainer in my basement.  My studded tires have worked well this winter at temperatures down to -18 (actual not wind chill), but it takes an hour to get suited up for the ride.  Here in Michigan there have been five days of temperatures above 40 degrees and I have ridden outside on everyone of them.  However, today there is an inch of ice on everything covered in an inch of snow with no temperature above freezing for the next five days.  The podcast would be appreciated.

Thanks for staying on us Miles.  The hiatus is ending this Sunday and the show will be out early next week.  Hang in there, ok?

I agree with Rap on this, you win just by doing it, everything else is just gravy. I race Cat 5 Criteriums and my rule is to just not come in last and even if I did, its my rule so I can change it to just partisipate or whatever I want. Cycling is an individual sport were its you against you from my perspective. I’m 50 so I’ve earned the right to call my own shots in whatever I do. Just keep training, blog about it or whatever and then just do it.
