Day 3 of Blogging about Training

for the Morgantown Road Race.  Rode 45 minutes today, 430 calories, 122 ahr.  Felt pretty good.  Looks like tomorrow is going to be inside and then maybe friday I can ride outside – the weather is supposed to break a little on Friday.  The weekend might be sketch – we’ll see.  So far this week I have rode around 5 hours and 15 minutes about an hour and a half inside.
