Great week on the bike, looking forward to the weekend

So, I’m a little north of “my fighting weight” for the 2010 MTB race season, but what better way to kick it off than by racing downhill for 10 minutes at the Sea Otter Super D!

Should be a great way to get the feet wet, and get some further motivation to race. This week’s hill repeats were BRUTAL, but I know that “seeking out the hills” will be the fastest way for me to get strong in the saddle.

Throw the bike time on top of some God awful horrid pilates/free weights workouts at INTEGRATE, and the recipe for severe upper and lower body muscular discomfort, and I should be good to go by Mid May.
